| 7/19/04: A new password recovery feature has been added using a challenge phrase, and an easily remembered response. To do so required changing duplicate user names. Most duplicate user names were common first names. If your user name applies in this case, and you are not able to login, your user name may have been changed. Try adding a number after your user name, i.e. gary1, gary2 and so on. The higest number of duplicates for a username is 7. |
